Jenny and Travis had bought their first house in 2012. During this time they added their dog Molly and son Lincoln! They loved this house that they had created so many memories in. Jenny and Travis knew though that they wanted Lincoln to have the same experience they had growing up in a tight knit community plus they wanted to be closer to Jenny’s family.
Jenny, Travis, and Lincoln started the house search. As with many buyer’s, they had kept their options open and were looking in surrounding areas. They found a few houses and put in offers- to be outbid by other buyers. Jenny and Travis were still searching for houses in the summer of 2020, but buyer’s exhaustion was starting to set in…a new real estate phenomena specific to 2020 caused by high buyer demand and low selling inventory…

Andi had been a homeowner 10 years ago…But, life happened. Andi found herself with a growing family, in a 2 bedroom apartment and a less than desirable credit score. Andi knew that she wanted to own a home again 1 day, but wasn’t sure how this would take place. Unexpectedly, Andi’s father had died during this time. Her father did not have a will in place, so Andi and her brother had inherited the house that their grandparents had built. They both could have easily decided to  walk away from the family house at this point, but Andi knew the value of this neighborhood and wasn’t willing to let potential slip away.
